We spend months crafting each item with care and attention, and hopefully that means an item that you cherish. But in case you change your mind, please send an email to hi@lodro.co with your name and order number within 14 days of delivery along with clear photos of the item. Please also note that the product must not have been used, so returns may be refused if the product shows signs of use. After we assess the conditions of the item, we will send you a return label to use for the return shipment.

We kindly ask that you return your item in its original condition, with the original box, dust bag, and any tags and cards, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return. Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. All refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the total refund.

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return for your original purchase, and make a separate purchase for the item you wish to receive instead.
