Warranty

All items are backed by a 2-year warranty. The warranty only extends to the original owner of the item and is not transferable. This warranty covers defective materials or components, but do not extend to accidental damage or normal wear and tear.

What it Covers

The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship that affect the functionality of the product. This includes issues such as torn or unusable handles, broken zippers, or stitching that comes undone. Should any hardware break, we’ll gladly replace it, provided the specific component is still in stock.

What it Doesn’t Cover

The warranty does not cover wear and tear that occur through regular use, such as scratches, scuffs, stains, colour changes, wear to the inner lining, and other non-functional changes that occur during normal handling of the product. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat, or moisture, as well as damage resulting from overloading, improper use, or neglect. Natural softening or changes in the bag’s shape over time are expected with regular use and are not considered defects. In humid or damp conditions, even the highest grade leathers can release some moisture, which may result in minor dye transfer. This is a natural characteristic of leather and is therefore, not covered by our warranty. We are also unable to cover any damage caused to other belongings as a result.

Scope of Warranty

Our warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase confirming the item was bought directly from LODRO is required. We reserve the right to void this warranty if we determine a claim to be dishonest or fraudulent. Please note that we do not cover related costs such as shipping and taxes.
