Shipping

We offer free international shipping for orders over $250 USD. Otherwise, a flat $30 shipping fee will be applied.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our warehouse team will prepare it within one business day. In some cases, bags may need to be collected from different warehouse locations. To accommodate this and to comply with international shipping protocols, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be shipped. (This does not apply to pre-order items)

Wrong Shipping Address

We can not change your shipping address after we ship your order. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours.

Tracking Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a separate email with your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the courier’s system.

Late Deliveries

In the event of a delay, LODRO will do everything possible to assist in expediting your delivery. However, please note that we cannot assume responsibility or issue refunds for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance procedures.

Lost Packages

If your package appears delayed, missing, or marked as “delivered” but not received, the quickest solution is often to contact the courier directly, as they may require additional information or a delivery confirmation.
