We ship worldwide. All orders receive free international shipping.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our warehouse team will prepare it within one business day. In some cases, bags may need to be collected from different warehouse locations. To accommodate this and to comply with international shipping protocols, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be shipped. (This does not apply to pre-order items)

Shipping Times

We partner with trusted global couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping times vary by region, but in most cases, international orders arrive within 9–15 business days. While we always strive to deliver as quickly as possible, exact timelines may differ depending on the destination country and carrier availability.

Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import tariffs, customs duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are determined by your destination country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Please note that shipments to the US are subject to new imposition of tariffs. Unfortunately, these tariffs are calculated when the parcel reaches the destination country. Therefore, we are unable to provide an accurate quote on the tariffs that may be incurred when your parcel reaches the U.S.

If these costs are not paid and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the full shipping cost, which will be deducted from their original payment.

Tracking Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a separate email with your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the courier’s system.

Late Deliveries

In the event of a delay, LODRO will do everything possible to assist in expediting your delivery. However, please note that we cannot assume responsibility or issue refunds for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance procedures.

Lost Packages

If your package appears delayed, missing, or marked as “delivered” but not received, the quickest solution is often to contact the courier directly, as they may require additional information or a delivery confirmation.
