Shipping fee is displayed at checkout depending on package size and destination. 

Import Duties

LODRO covers all import duties and charges for international orders. Rest assured, there should be no extra fees when your order arrives. Customs procedures and clearance times may vary depending on each county's authorities, and these timelines are outside of our control. 

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our warehouse team will begin to prepare it. In some cases, bags may need to be collected from different warehouse locations. Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days (this does not apply to pre-order items).

Wrong Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours, given your order has not been dispatched yet. We unfortunately can not change your shipping address after we ship your order.

Shipping Times

We partner with trusted global couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping times vary by region and are subject to change. While we always strive to deliver as quickly as possible, exact timelines may differ depending on the destination country and carrier availability. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for courier delays. See chart below for rough estimates.

Tracking Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a separate email with your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the courier’s system.

Late Deliveries

In the event of a delay, LODRO will do everything possible to assist in expediting your delivery. However, please note that we cannot assume responsibility or issue refunds for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance procedures.

Lost Packages

If your package appears delayed, missing, or marked as “delivered” but not received, the quickest solution is often to contact the courier directly, as they may require additional information or a delivery confirmation.
